Dang man..... I'm sorry I missed the Convention. Great videos and sounds like a blast was had.
But, brisket tacos? Good thing you guys are so far from the border. You start throwing brisket in tortillas where I am and a '63 Impala with curb feelers is gonna roll up on you and bust a cap in your culo. Brain, tongue, and goat meat tacos etc I've tried them all and then there were the tacos from a street vendor in Tijuana that who knows what was in them, but I've never even heard of a brisket taco. Man, I REALLY missed out.
