The boost at a certain volume won't get you any louder. If you're cranked up and want to be louder you'll need to put something else in your chain.

Doesn't do much? Its a completely separate volume control and OD boost. What did you think it would do?

I do notice a slight increase in gain but not much else..I've been out of the splawn loop for awhile. To me a solo boost is just that...an actual boost of volume over your rhythm volume but this doesn't seem to do much...oh well....  |

any type of clean boost in the FX loop will also work.
