On a brighter note for me, my cab came in today! Good thing Scott packs these well because there were some gashes in the box from Fed-ex but luckily nothing was damaged. Whew! I would have probably went hog wild if it did get messed up. Man this thing looks AMAZING! What a great job and excellent workmanship! I can't wait to hear it. Unforunately my amp is at our practice space and I won't be able to get there until Sunday. I'm just going to break it in with my Rivera combo for now. I LOVE how this thing looks! Oh, I had them put a removable back panel as well in case I wanted the open-backed sound. Job well done all around.

SWEET! The removable panel is killer. Hell yeah! I wanted that option because sometimes I like a more open vintage tone.

Looks gorgeous. Upcharge for the removable back panel? It's great to have both options. Congrats sir.
Oh and is it empty? Or Small Block/Big Block mix? Something else?

Amazingly, no upcharge for the removable back panel, no questions asked! Thanks Ayton! It has 2 SB-25's in it. Hopefully it will be ok for my 120 watt Pro Mod but Josh form Splawn said it will be fine so I am trusting their judgement. I never get the volume past 10:00 anyway.

Thanks. I have always wanted that large check old school Marshall look and I am pleased to say that my expectations were exceeded.

Very vintage looking cab. I was leary of running a 2x12 with a Splawn as I wasn't sure if a 2x12 could handle all the power.

Looks awsome man! Very vintage. I love how massive the splawn 2x12 cabs look, and those smooth edges. How much upcharge for the casters? Sometimes I wish i'd have got casters or side handles for mine.

Well my Pro Mod is at our practice space and I won't get there until Sunday bcayse I am going away for the weekend. I did run my Rivera through it last night to break it in, mostly on the clean channel. It sounded really good with that. The dirty channel sounded great as well. I can't wait to fire up the Splawn with it! The speakers are rated at 55 watts each.

I think the casters were $25. I didn't know that the side handles were extra because I would have gotten them as well. Fortunately the cab is not that heavy.
