Hello! : )
I was waiting to get my Splawn to join the forums, but i'll ask for help because i do not know what to do.
I'll introduce myself: My name is Nacho and i'm from Spain, hello all! : ). After hearing some samples on the net, I ordered a Quick Rod around May 15, i did it by email and everything went perfectly with Scott, he received my emails with no problem and answered very quickly. He told me that it would take around 10 weeks to have it ready to ship to Spain.
I did not want to bother Scott asking about the amp every now and then, but it's been around 15 weeks since I ordered it and i have not received any news from Scott, so I thought i could try to contact him by e-mail, but it seems that now something is wrong and he does not get them.
Do you know if he is on holidays or something like that? Maybe thats why he is not getting the emails.
I know I could call, but i can read and write english (more or less : P) but speaking and listening to the phone is another thing, I dont think i could communicate very well.
So, if he is not on vacation and the problem is on the e-mail, do you know any other way to contact him (i always used splguiATbellsouthDOTnet, does scottATsplawnguitarsDOTcom works?) or anything i could do?
Any idea would be great!

Que pasa tio? No te preocupes. Si ya has mandado mensajes por email a Scott y todavia no te ha contestado o regrasado tu mensaje, tiene que ser un problema con el conexion de email. Si gustas yo te puedo ayudar y echar una llamada a la tienda para ti. Dime si es lo que quieres. El es un hombre muy atento, por lo tanto, tiene que ser que no haya llegado tu mensaje por email.

I sent the email to the splawnguitars.com address, if i havent received contanct from Scott by tomorrow i'll kindly accept your offering of contacting him for me. I want to be a real Splawniard as soon as possible! : P

Scott is super busy. He is also is not a typer or an emailer. I wouldn't worry about getting your amp. Scott will build it and send it to you. Delays happen. Just keep nailing Scott with emails. He'll get back to you. D. Finally the other address worked! : D It turns out the spam filter was blocking my emails.
He told me he is sending the amp next week, can't wait to receive it and play.
Yes Davo, i was sure about that, and i dont mind the delay also, it was just that Scott had been so quick at answering my emails previously, i knew something was going wrong. And it was also that i have a recording and wanted to know an approx. date to wait for the amp or doing it with my current one.
It's solved now : )
Thank you very much guys for the offer and information, very kind from you : ).
I'll come back to tell you how happy i am with my new Splawn and hang around a bit : P

Some amp builders , soon as they receive your $$ its hard to get answers, But not these guys at Splawn Amps. New or used it doesn't matter, They are aways eager to help and solve any issues.
