As if I need to even post this.. 'cause everyone knows these guys are the BEST in the business. I emailed Scott about my mangled footswitch and 48 hours later one is at my doorstep. These guys are so great! Absolutely top notch customer service and the best staff in the amp business hands down.

NO ONE I have delt with has come close to Splawns customer service. This actually makes it hard to deal with anyone else! I appreciate the Splawn crew.

Gotta chime in here and 2nd this one!! Called the shop a couple of weeks ago and talked to Josh after I got my QR and had to swap out a bad preamp tube. Just wanted to make sure it was ok to swap in an EH 12ax7. Josh/Scott made a suggestion, I said cool, thanks and that was it. Today I get a package on the FedEx truck ;D and surprise, they sent me 2 new preamp tubes. Now I ask you, how can you beat that ?? Those guys are absolutely the BEST!!
