Since my oldest son turn 16 today he's been playing drums for two months now  I want to turn him on to some great drummers to learn from. Phil Rudd from AC/DC is a killer drummer. So I've been having them play HIGHWAY TO HELL,WALK ALL OVER YOU and IF YOU WANT BLOOD. Supercharger what a killer clip! 1st gear and volume at 10:30 and up is where its at for me  You and Windsen realy have a knack at recording great heavy Splawn tones. I've yet to record the tones that I'm hearing from my amp. It just bugs the sh1t out of me. After I play back I just don't hear it  Oh SC,Kyle says he would gladly let you play his ML but its being painted right now and probaly won't be ready for the convention  Great clip! |

Josh you guys are the best, I'll do whatever I can to support Splawn and spread the word. Good eye about the Con, I sold the Vette. Needed something a little bigger. I'm ordering my Super Comp around Christmas. I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure out what cosmetics I want. wOOt!!! ;D |

Hey thanks, that's my clip. 1st gear OD1 for the rhythm w/ the gain backed off pretty good. 1st gear OD2 for the lead. No outboard gear but I did add a little verb and delay in post production. Great Clip Supercharged350! You really nailed everything. |

I remember that clip, didn't you crank the volume to around 12 o'clock with it? BTW which ACDC song is that? "For those about to rock" By the way great tones on your clip well done!!! |

Sorry for reviving this old thread, but may i ask what amp settings you used? Im trying to nail the ACDC tone with my Nitro at the moment, but im terrible at tone-hunting =P Any suggestions
