Well, I'm interested in trying out new tubes, so would it be possible to use KT66s in my Pro Mod?

Hmm i'm not sure, they're the same type as 6L6's but I think are more "marshally" in tone? Never played an amp with those.

KT-66's are a 6L6 type tube... I put them in my Soldano Decatone. No way are they more Marshally sounding. I would contact Scot before you do something brash...

I had kt66;s in my SLO. They sounded great. Very 3d sounding. Not as round or bold as Kt88's but basically much of the same tonal characteristics. IMO it wont sound as nice as the 88's.
