Effects Loop parallel or series?

Hey guys, I have been thinking of getting a Quick Rod and had a question about the effects loop. Is the effects loop in parallel or in series?

The reason I ask is I have a Marshall DSL100, and just recently bought a GMajor effects processor, and then discovered that the GMAjor is designed for a series effects loop, and the DSL100 is a parallel effects loop.

Any info is much appreciated!

axemane, thanks for the response. Sorry, I'm a little slow here......so can I assume because it says 'Splawn Series Effects Loop' that the effects loop is in series, or does this mean the 'Splawn Series' of amps.....

I am by no means any authority on this...but I assume this to be series as opposed to parallel.It says the same on the Pro Mod and I am almost 100% certain but...

There are others here that surely know much more about these amps than me so how about setting it straight guys...

I just got off the phone with Scott, got confirmation that the effects loop is in series not parallel, so it will work well with the G Major EP
