I received my Splawn Competition Head (Plexi cosmetics) about 1 month ago. I have NOT been able to Jam (play out) with it yet.
I mostly play at Home. It feels like driving a Ferrari in a School Zone.
Great Amp...TOO MUCH Amp for me.

I play the Splawn thru a Closed back Cab with Celestion G12H-30/V30 Combo and a Budda Sperdrive 18 thru an open Back Combo with a Weber Silver Bell. Just for kicks I played the Splawn thru the Budda Combo Weber Speaker and it sounded MUCH better. Thus I guess I am a Silver Bell Fan.

Aroman, that's the same combo I've got waiting for my Comp (the H30/V30). I am still waiting for my Comp, it is supposed to ship tomorrow!! Maybe that open back helps fill out your room at low volume. Always a neverending quest, eh?
