I AM calling a lawyer though..can't hurt...if someone can sue for coffee being too hot I think I can sue for a METAL stage at an OUTDOOR rainy event....we'll see what happens..

Dude! did you get pnemonia? when I broke a rib I didnt know until I couldnt breath!! and ya wondered what that popping thing inside was huh!! tickles in a gross way ? hahaa,, been there brutha! Sorry to hear it. lawyer is worth a try, send a letter to the owner, maybe get medical expenses paid? just wont get to play there again probably. |

nah, no pneumonia....I have to do breathing exercises just to make sure..
thing is, the county facilitated the stage in their park..so it would be their problem...I have good medical coverage so the bills aren't really an issue
but my pain and suffering is!!! lol
