Guys, this is nuts. All guitar tab sites are down. The MPA is trying to take action on that now. No power tabs or nothing. What the ****? This is communism. Plain and simple.
Online guitar tabs are free. They are a learning tool. They are also our versions of the songs. No one is copying a tab book............cause most of the time they are wrong. Guitar Pro and Power Tabs are really accurate, cause they can be changed by our pers and corrected. I guess FREE and ACCURATE scares our government.
You just wait.............they will probably ban cover bands next!

i sometimes use www.tabcrawler.com ....that's still open... i think they're going after tabs where people just bought the tab book and copied it on the web... |

Did power tabs do that? I have found way better tabs from powertabs.net! Plus, you get the music notation. I like to get obscure stuff that you wouldn't ever be able to find in tab books. Accept? Night Ranger? White Lion? Not to many of those out there.
I hope they can get back up soon. I have like 10 songs I was going to get! LOL

...I guess FREE and ACCURATE scares our government. You just wait.............they will probably ban cover bands next! It isn't the government doing this. Also, yes...clubs that book cover bands have to pay a seperate royalty. It is a major inconvenience...hopefully it'll get sorted out soon. |
