Dude, this game is out of control!!!! JUST when you think it's over, it's NOT!
I swear, this has to be one of the best games I've played on any platform. Graphics are great, controls are tight, the atmosphere is soooo creepy!
I like where they went with the series..sure, you could still say that it's zombie oriented, but it's got a bit of a twist on it. And it's not as shock value oriented as the previous installments. It scares you not by hiding guys behind walls and have them jump out at you, but just by making it so dark and moody with an overly creepy atmosphere.
Wow...wondering where they're going to go with #5 when it comes out next generation =) I'm not quite done this one yet. I thought I was, but then BAM! you're not..lol I'm addicted..lol

Yeah, it is pretty amazing. Did you get the GameCube version? I hear its the best graphically.
I stopped playing it when GT4 came out, but I'm at the part in the swamp with all those platforms and stuff.. probably not even half way through.
NHL2K6 comes out TODAY, so I'll be all over that..starting tonight! WOOHOO.

I know they have a couple of RE games for the PS2, but they're kinda different than the ongoing series...but anyway, yeah, the GC version..I just have that and an xbox... anywho, you have alotta great gaming moments ahead of you when you get back to RE4, my friend =) and it looks like I'll have plenty of time for games as our 'new' drummer just up and quit on us...sigh

I couldn't agree more, splawnfan....
ok, it's not entirely his fault...his brother died recently and got stuck with an apartment building..so he's had to wear the hat of landlord all of a sudden..his mother's in failing health so he's gotta take care of her as well...
so it's not like our first drummer, who quit to do other things (which I think is hard considering his bass drum is still over my guitar player's house!!! now THAT pisses me off...that stung more than this)...
I'm just sick of dealing with it..he says he can't do anything for 'at least a month'...so, do we wait? waht if it's longer than a month? I don't want to rely on him MAYBE being ready in a month....I ain't gettin' any younger =) I've had a taste of playing out...been playing for 15 years and FINALLY have a band....and I wanna get out there..I dont' wanna rush and sound like crap, but I wanna play, man...dig what I'm saying?
