Talked to Scott for about 2 hours on Saturday. He was in great spirits and was at the shop on a rare Saturday. Josh, Tree, Brian and Bil where there too. Scott had just finished Hacksaw’s QR and started playing it in. It sounded Awesome!!!! Scott said that he wanted to take it home. Congratulations Hacksaw!!!
Business is good for Scott and he is busy as usual. Scott was nice enough to volunteer to do a custom tolex cover on a new QR head. It is going to be wild. Like nothing that has ever be done before.
I don’t want do go into all the things business wise that Scott talked about. However, I will be helping Scott with a new batch of t-shirts. He has had trouble keeping the tees in stock. We also talked about a “flash” application for the website that would show the amps in different colors.

Wouldn't it be neat if there were a flash app whereby a prospective customer build an amp with different cosmetic options. For example...what would a ProMod styled head look like with a basketweave grill with a gold face plate and gold piping and black chicken head knobs? And then you could change your mind...and create something else. I guess it would be similar to the follow site for spec'ing a guitar build.... www.wdmusic.com/guitar_builder.htmwww.usacustomguitars.com/virtualguitar.htmlC'mon Davo...hook us up!!! PLEASE...

You should let him know that they need broken in. When you first fire them up they have a little bit of a high end thing going on. You know....the new speaker needs broken in thing? Anyway, usually after the first 20 minutes of play, they start to really sound awesome. They get better the more you play with them. Since you got the 65watters, 20-30 hrs is what it takes to get them fully broken it. Of course if you really like to crank it will take less time. I was able to play with mine for an hour on Saturday with the volume on my Quick Rod at noon! WOW! LOL You are in for a treat my friend!

Hack, Congrats......Get ready to melt down the neiborhood, you old fart....LOL Meltdown is right!! I am so old and deaf it takes two Quickrods! LMAO Man, I can relate. It seems that I have to crank it up inch by inch to satisfy my wif..., no I mean my ears......LOL. Enjoy the stereo effect. I'm still digging it with my quickrod, but instead of the 5150 setup, I have an Boss GT-8 running into my stereo PA. I sold my 5150 setup and made $$ off of it with the Integrated quad/ JJ KT88's setup. The Boss GT-8 is an impressive addition, but nothing beats a Splawn. I can't imagine 2 Splawn setup in stereo........Awesome and Enjoy Hmmm!, Maybe I need to get a Pro-Mod to go along with my QR.....No, I better not! My wife might divorce me..HA

You selfish viagra drughead, you need to learn to share......LMAO. The intergrated quad help the low end giving it a very fat and punchy all around tone, but it didn't come close to the Splawn's tightness and lowend. Keep us posted on the future project and stop being distracted. Man, get your priorities right.......LOL.
