Even though the Quick Rod was cranked through the PA, notice that the master volume was only on like 3. I was a little surprised by that!

and whoa! my QR settings are just about indentical to his! except i don't run my bass quite that high...as in dimed. haha.

Awesome pics man. A friend of mine's band played with them locally and he said that Brad's sound just killed. He hadn't even heard of Splawn at the time. I told him I was getting a Splawn ProMod and he then told me about playing with Disciple and Brad's Quick Rod.

holy crap, that's alotta gain and bass! LOL... how'd that QR sound?? That Les Paul with the Quick Rod just killed man! I asked Brad what speakers were in the cab and he didn't know. He said Scott put something new in there. It was the Eminence! Everyone that played guitar at the show noticed my shirt. I was plugging Splawn left and right. Lots of fun! |

That is about where I have my ProMod set. 3rd Gear, OD2 Gain at noon.

First gear on OD 2 is just awesome! yeah, I really can get into that sound..I mess with my settings a little bit to get the bass up when doin' that as opposed to third gear when running third gear I keep the gain at around 10:30 or 11:00 and dial the bass down from where I had it when usin' first gear... I'm gonan try first gear od2 this weekend (at least for a couple songs) to see if I dig it at volume |
