interesting..pricing doesn't seem that bad? but I don't think they do any paint or finishing?

I don't think they can get in trouble, just as long as no one is painting Frankenstrats. Plus, you can buy those parts anywhere. They are just selling them all in one place. Except the Wolfgang replica's. Sounds like they are much better than the originals. They even copied the headstock. That could be a problem for them!
