TJ, I just checked out the music on your site.. Tasty strat tones!
I have Fender noiseless pickups installed in my strat, but I’m not crazy ‘bout the bridge pickup.. I’ve been thinking of putting in a little ’59 in the bridge position for lead tones.. Most of the music I play is classic rock… Any experience with that pickup or similar?

Strat bridge p/ups can be tricky. I've never played the LITTLE 59 personally, but have heard some clips of it. Sounded too bright to me. The fullsize duncan 59 humbucker sounds great! I use Van Zandt rock p/ups. They're the warmest sounding (High output) single coils I've found. PM me and I'll email you some clips of the strat + Splawn.

Dudes, The clip TJ just sent me MUST be posted on the Splawn site.. It shows just how versatile Splawns can be.. Cool Eric Johnson type licks.. And riffs that made me think of Danny Gatton the second I heard ‘em… Might as well show the whole genre of guitar players out there, what a splawn can do! A lot more than the "Brown Sound"!

Unfortunately my Promod doesn't have the Chicken knobs. I'd like to get a QR and if I do I'll for sure have them on it.
