i had a korg dtr2000 tuner for years...it figures that yesterday the input jack would break...thing costs like $250...anyway...
what tuners do you guys use...anything great out there for less money?
looking for a mute function and accurate tuning...i liked the rackmountable function of the dtr but i'm not married to it...

ah, I don't have a rack one..just a little dinky korg..cost me like 25 but it works well...LOL....and it's pretty dead on...not inline though..there's no out..so you can't use it durin' the show unless you disconnect...which is probably what you're lookin' for though...

+1 That's what I use. It is quite accurate and mutes on stage for silent tuning. If you want true bypass because you are extremely anal you could go for the Peterson Strobostomp but that is much more expensive and not worth it to me.

that's what my bass player uses...it's cool cause you can keep it right in the chain and tune as you need to without having to disconnect....

jimmy, get the tu2....it works well...there are better tuners, but overall, it is a great "live" tuner...
