yea, I plugged it in last night an fooled with it for a little bit...it sounds TERRIBLE through the front end input of the amp...I will try the effects loop tonight or later in the week (I lead worship this week and need to prepare) it is obvious though that the unit is dead quiet and the effects are top notch quality...no doubt about that...the thing is built very strong too, solid billet aluminum very heavy for it's size, footswitches light up around the switch so there is NO DOUBT about which patch you are in...cool..just have to make it sound 'musical' through the QuickRod and not so 'produced/effected'...as I like my effects to be dialed back a bit not saturating the sound

Jim, I bet you have to edit the effects a bit. The output of the effects might be at 100%. I found that with my Yamaha recorder I have to turn the effects down to 25% output. It seems like all those units come with the effects set at 100%. TC Electronics is a little bad about that. My G Major was like that too. You would hit a delay and I could hear was the delay. The amp was shoved to the back somewhere in there!
