I was wondering what you guys are using with your Splawns. I'm looking to add some effects to the mix i.e eq, chorus, delay etc. What i'd like to do is find an all in one processor, either floor or rack that will also control all of the heads footswitch functions. Any recommendations.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot all about that pedal. But what i was really trying to find out was : There are a few multi effects on the market, a rocktron replifex for example has a stereo 1/4 ' jack for channel switching. I believe it works by connecting tip to sleeve, or ring to sleeve. ( i don't have a clue what that means by the way ) I've been led to believe that if the footswitch on the Splawn is a TRS ( tip ring sleeve : again no clue ) the jack on the rocktron would be able to switch channels and control the boost. Can anybody confirm or deny this for me.

Top: TRS plug (stereo) Bottom: TS plug (mono) 1. Sleeve: usually ground 2. Ring: Right-hand channel for stereo signals, negative phase for balanced mono signals, power supply for power-requiring mono signal sources 3. Tip: Left-hand channel for stereo signals, positive phase for balanced mono signals, signal line for unbalanced mono signals 4. Insulating rings
