what up guys, following are pics of the frankenstrat my buddy jerry made me...i had one of these a few years ago that he built and i stupidly sold it...this thing is exactly like ed's...down to the cigarette burns...jerry's a true artist...he also built me one with no stripes that i can play live...    |

You think he'd build another one for someone else (me  . BTW what pickup is that in the bridge position and is the front pickup disconnected (wasn't Eddie's disconnected?). Thanks, George |

he can put whatever pickup you want in it...for the EVH replicas he puts is a duncan 59 but i had him put in a distortion cause i love that pickup...the singel coil is disconnected just like ed's

This will be my last question, honest... . no big deal..ask me all the questions you want... he paints the bodies/assembles and his friend does final setup...these are the best guitars for the money...the red one he built me is the best playing strat i've ever owned...it's my main gigging guitar...which is why i ordered the same thing in white...the neck is wormoth and the body is from another company that i can't remember, he chose that body because it's the closest to ed's original. |
