What is the deal with factory pressed silver CD's? If a bootleg is on a factory pressed silver CD does that make it authorized for sale? Makes no sense to me? ?

It's just a guess, but I believe this is a play on words that sellers use to keep ebay from shutting them down. I did the Rolex replicas years ago, until I received a letter from the Rolax lawyers demanding all my money made from selling them and the source I got my watches from. Scared me straight!

I wonder if anyone has ever been prosecuted for selling bootlegs... It is a federal offense but I have never heard of anyone actually behind bars for doing it. Whats strange is its usually the artists management that notify's ebay in regard to unauthorized stuff being listed so are they stupid enough to not realize all the bootlegs being listed as factory pressed silver discs. I mean come on Van halen never released anything live with David Lee roth yet there are at least a dozen shows or more listed on ebay that are bootlegs.
