Hmm do you have phantom power available? most condersor mics require that. I have a Shure smk27, clean.. used for room ambiance etc.. vocals.
very good piece, thanks for the video, lots of finger extensions going on. looks like you stretched your pinky a few inches longer LOL, I see why your hand hurts. long drink and a smoke to finish it up.. good idea!

yeah I actually have a behringer direct box I never use that has phantom power, I wonder if that would work?

That was really pretty good man, great job. I love Bach and classical music. I took classical lessons for a while but didn't have the patience for it  I broke it down in two sections, one the bass line and the other as a lead line. It is amasing how the classical guitarists can make it sound like more than one guy playing. I ended up going in a violin direction and just played them on an electric instead Its funny you can rip off a violin concerto note for note and play it on a super strat with distortion and people think your ripping off Yngwie ... |

Yeah, man the single-note Yngwie stuff is alot easier. Your right though, I have some Violin and Cello stuff and it sounds like he literally took exact phrases from it,, especially Paganini's stuff. I prefer the "real" Classical though. Its very rewarding. Probably in about 20 years I'll actually be good at it,, LMAO.

Oh my,,, 3 weeks and a about a hundred hours later I've almost got this one.. My teacher told me not to try it cause its too hard,, screw him,, LMAO... I'll have this in about another week... just in time to show him he was wrong.. You need a teacher? tee-hee-hee!  |

naw I'm jus an ol' man an ma eye site aint a what it used ta be...ma hearin is a goin too...but this ol man jus can't afford a good computer...cause this here video is all dark and blurry...looks like a Eskimo is clubbing a baby harbor seal to death....and the racket...oh boy...the god awful racket...screechin and clubbin...then...in the end the big Eskimo feller drinks the poor ol baby harbor seals blood and lites a stogie...not very entertainin in ma book mind you...but you young uns are into disrespect and sacrilege these days...this ol fella has ta go now...
