Was that Zak witha derby on? Cool video someone put together. I forgot about Europe, that lead was cool, and petrucci was a lot more aggressive with hair!

hahah..I agree on the petrucci comment =D he played his nuts off on that album..he goes out into left field too much these days..
as much as I like my music man, I think he sounded better in his ibanez days

1+ on the ibanez with petrucci, its edgy, music man seems smoother overall ?? no ?
Edit:> Ya, these days Petrucci has been hanging around vai, that will cause the left field syndrom.

I think I'm the only DT fan who likes the newer stuff better. Honestly Scense From a Memory blew my mind from beginning to end, Train of thought was incredible, 6 Degress, awesome,, and theres a tune off the new one called Walk Beside You, which is like the best song they've ever written. I think Petruccis gotten better, I mean after that show in Tampa this summer I was just like no way did he just pull those licks off live... sick.

I agree craig..you ARE the only one who likes the newer stuff better.. LMAO..j/k =) there's plenty of DT fans who love the new stuff..that's fine..hey, at least it's rock right? so there's something to be happy about in there somewhere I just prefer awake better than any of the new stuff....but there are a few songs on the newer albums that I like..although I haven't heard octivarium....but train has a good song on it...something about thy father or some such....and I really loved glass prison..and the great debate's cool as well..
