dude, that tone on get the funk out is about as close to nuno's pornografitti tone as I've heard...THAT'S THE FRIGGIN TONE I'VE WANTED!!! lol....maybe with my rio grands I'll be able to get that....the JB's great and all, but it's definetly a heavy metal type pickup..which I think has been my problem when it comes to acheiving the tones of some of the dudes I like...

That was recorded with a stock Peavey Wolfgang Special. I don't have the Mansel yet. You need something like the Rio's. The Wolfgang pickups are like crappy version's of the Ernie Ball EVH guitar pickups.

That was recorded with a stock Peavey Wolfgang Special. I don't have the Mansel yet. You need something like the Rio's. The Wolfgang pickups are like crappy version's of the Ernie Ball EVH guitar pickups. yeah, I wasn't too thirlled with those pikcups..I know, cause I had an axis for awhile..but I replaced those pups with a JB/JAZZ set...I liked the JB in that guitar cause it had a maple top and neck so it wasn't as bright... not that I don't 'like' my esp..I love it..but it's definetly an Iced Earth kinda metal tone |

the motrock machine produces more tracks! like the sound and groove on get the funk out... I can hear you where having fun.. common mansel.. I cant wait to hear the differance..

Buddy, I was having the time of my life. No one was home, so I cranked the living crap out of the thing! I should have the Mansel next week, and the Splawn.......well, I gotta order it when the guy sends me the money for the Marshall. 5-6 weeks I think |
