I used a Marshall 1960A 4x12 with G12T-75s.--For the chunk- OD1-presence 1.00 oclock,bass 4.00,middle 2.30,treble 12.00,volume 10.30,gain 11.30--i also use a midiverb4 in the loop(which Splawnfan recomended) i had the output set very low on this because my wife was watching the tv in the front room!so the actual recording volume was pretty low.Lead bits the same settings but on OD2.The amp was set on full power.The mic was an Audio Technica ATM41a.

Im not shure about the pick up it just has QM2 written on the bridge pick up and QM1 on the neck,My effects is a Midiverb 4 and i use a Behringer FCB1010 footcontroller.There is a neat trick you can do with the midiverb to boost volume on clean,od1,od2 and lead channels,some patches have two output levels so just set these higher and set effects mix to nil=instant volume boost!

The Behringer is about £90-£100 new here in the uk.As for the volume i never use the volume on the amp i just use the output on the midiverb,indoors for playing,recording 7,playing live 75 and 83 for the boost.
