This just happend. My PM JUST BLEW UP!!! And I don't mean that in a good way. Worked fine when I got. I'm going to swap out the tubes first, then see what happens. If not? Back to Scott's, then get plus 3rd gear.

yeah, I can't remember..was it new/used? what exactly happened?
I thought I blew my QR up too...just ac ouple of beat power tubes....

Tah, there was smoke all right. After the I put the fire out and went over the damage, the amp, LOOKED fine. The wall outlet shorted out. Now, after have been up all night cleaning and calling the insurane company, I started to check out the amp. Pulled tubes, pulled out the chassis, inspected everything. Couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to a friends house, and guess what? Fired right up!! In a good way. Now, you've got my vote on these amps!! If my amp went through all that, then it's got to built tough!!!
Now, that said, can someone please help me with these pics?
