That was me who painted the face plate. I'm working on a classic "candy stripe" VH version as we speak. The "tiger" panel turned out nice as well, I was real happy with it. The cool thing about the panels is that they can be completely custom, your band logo, match your guitar, the sky's the limit. I hope Scott does more of these, they are alot less pressure than a McNauth Guitar!

Wow, Hey guys, thanks for the kind words!!! Scott gets all the credit for these things, the amp panels and the Mansel guitars are all Scotts idea. The Mansel guitars couldn't happen at all without the help of my buddy across the shop from me!!!! DTM is a freak with a router and a fret file!!!! McNaught guitars keeps us crushed under work, so, we have to work these in as we go. We're behind on Craig's right now (Dirty Harry), but we get a little closer each day. I'll get you guys pics as we go. Cool news...Tony Rombola of Godsmack is going in the Studio this spring...he'll be recording the new album on a McNaught Guitar through a Splawn Amp. I normally stay off online forums...but, I could get used to this one!! keep up the good work guys!

It's hard to post on a forum of your own work. There have been a couple of McNaught forums start up...David would never go on any of them. I love posting about Scott's amps, or David's guitars...even the Mansel's because we do them together, but, if there was a paintbydave forum, I'd have to stay off of there. It's just a matter of time before I'd say the wrong thing and piss off the entire forum!
