Can't tell from the pic, but what are the various options on the Splawn 4x12 jackplate? there's four inputs the bottom two are for running it in stereo.. the upper two are for running it in mono...one's a speakon connection (it's a lockign connection so the cord can't get pulled out) and the other's a normal 1/4" jack

I don't really know anything about stereo setups. Would this mean like running two heads through each side of the 412? How about running each of the speaker outs from say a QR to each of the stereo inputs on the 412...would that be different sound at all since you'll have to lower the impedance switcher on the head? Just curious...

Stereo 16 ohms, mono 8 ohms?

Just curious... either that or running stereo effects and such through the same cab... as far as running both speaker outs from the amp to the same cab? I honestly have no idea what that would sound like and I've never really been able to get a good answer when I asked myself....lol... not quite sure what ohmage you'd have to select on the back of the amp if you wanted to run it that way either.....

Stereo 16 ohms, mono 8 ohms? depends on how you have it wired..mine's wired to be 16 in mono...scott suggested that cause it's easier to match cabs with different impedances that way
