I wanted a Tuki padded cover for my OS 212 Splawn cab to match the one for my QR head. On a lark I ordered the cover for the Bogner OS212 cab and it fits great. It has holes for the side handles and everything. I would highly reccomend it. It cost me $89 bucks shipped directly from Tuki.

motorcop71,
I was thinking about getting the Tuki padded cover for my QR head. What do you think of it? Does it fit well? Don't know if I should go with the Tuki or an ATA case.
Thanks

I like it a lot. Obviously, it won't protect like a road case, but I don't have the need for that. My amp goes from the bedroom, to the studio or to a gig maybe twice a year. I wanted something that would protect it from minor bumps and bruises and this works fine for me. It has about a 1/2 inch of padding. It's kid proof and puppy proof and thats what I wanted. That being said, I wouldn't want to drop the amp, but I wouldn't want to with an ATA case either. It fits really well. I am not sure what your budget is, but there are some other options too. Check out the "clamshell gigbag" at www.studioslips.com Also Marshall and Gator make some roll-away luggage type cases. Good luck with whatever you choose. ;D
