Difference btw cloth vs cane grill material

Hi,

I'm about to get a splawn 4x12 cab with greenbacks. i spoke with the good ppl at splawn and they sadly informed me that they dont stock the salt & pepper cloth grill anymore cause the manufacturer discontinued this materal

I read about the cloth material cutting out some of the treble frequencies. Thats why I was leaning towards this option. plus the color looks really damm good. anyone here have any experience with both the cloth and cane grill material? is there really a big difference in how much high end gets filtered out from the cloth material?

and finally, who votes that the manufacturer reissue this grill material? thanks!

I agree man! I was itching to get this one! did u manage to get this cab with this grill? anyone have any input on the cloth vs cane grill?

I have heard that the cane helps the cab breathe better.
