Just because it doesn't have a clean channel doesn't mean its no damn good! It is a great amp, you can switch gears by footswitch...this would be the ideal splawn...lets give it some credit!!! Pro-stock users speak up!

Is the only difference between the Pro Stock and the Competition is PS is 100 watts and Comp is 50? And while I'm asking, is the diff. between Pro Mod and QR just the tubes?

Its been a while since I have been on but I am a Pro Stock owner. I have one of the first gen with 2 inputs. I have been gigging on Okinawa now since 2005.....I can tell you this...this baby hasn't let me down once. Sounds just a good now as it did when I pulled it out of the box. Scott is a genious. I have been thinking about purchasing another one with the gears but I can't seem to believe it could be any better than the older ones. Keep rockin!!!

Here is a picture of the show we did this past summer 2006.....Unfortunitly or fortunitly the band isn't together anylonger...anyway, on the left side of the pic that would be me and if you can just see in the background that is the Pro Stock on top of the Genz-Benz cab.....yea the plastic was due to the rain....great show!!!!  |

I have a Comp. Close enough? Sometimes I wonder if I shoulda gone 100 watts. But, my bedroom says "no."
Clean channels are for girls. ;D

LOL! Yeah right....who needs the clean channel. 50 watts is plenty though man. I leave mine on 50 watts all the time. I bought my head with the idea of A/B'ing it with a Roland JC120 but haven't picked one up yet.

It is simply the best tone. Without the bark, groan and moan. It's the best friend you never had. That makes all other amps look sad. No other amps have the bite. That my Pro-stock has EVERYNITE. CHOMP! CHOMP! And to all along the wayside . My rig is just right. Yes the funds are a must. Better that, than my tone being a bust. So for all who would read. In SPLAWN DO I TRUST.
