i was playing my pro mod a few days ago for the first time in about a month and when i turned it off it made this weird squeal. it now does this every time i shut it off. could it be a bad tube? or something else? thanks

i have heard that when I dont leave the amp on standby for a long enough period before powering the main power off. Do you put it on standby first for a bit?

 Or you got a freeloading varmint that has taken up residence inside your amp headbox and he digs your guitar playing and vents and raises h@ll when you decide to quit playing. ;D Since he's a rocker at heart.  Cool little mice. ;D
