switch channels and solo with midi?

i'm the proud owner of a pro mod half stack! its great!

i want to incorporate a device to switch the channels of the pro mod as well as turn on/off the solo boost with midi. that way i can change channels and switch effects on/off with one button on my midi controller.

i've been looking at the amp gizmo. has anyone ever had any experience with it? and also...i've looked in the splawn owners manual and i'm having trouble finding what parts of the footswitch jacks perform what functions. (example: tip A= switch channels, tip B=solo boost, etc.)

Hey welcome! I know what you are asking can be done because I am pretty sure others use midi with rack gear. I don't mess with the stuff but maybe Hacksaw or Boz can chime in here. I believe they know how it works. Good luck and congrats on the Pro Mod. What speaker cab and amp version are you running?

i'm using the newest pro mod with JJ KT88s and JJ's in the pre as well. My cab is the x pattern of eminence that splawn recommends . it rocks!
