I have been trying to find the post that states what the loop button does, the +4, -10 switch on the back. I can't remember which one is fro rack systems and which one is for pedals. I take it there is no manual for the Splawn amps. I don't know, I got mine used. Anyone know?

Serial loop is Line level, +4 , low level, ( guitars input etc..) -10 Aha, so for pedals I should be using the +4 button. Darn I used the wrong one last night for recording. That may have been why the delay was not heard too well.

pedals, guitar anything in front of the amp -10 Serial loop, +4 Sorry I didnt make that clear cool, thanks. What would that have to do with anything in front of the amp though? I would just bypass it if I was using pedals only in front of the amp. Sorry for the nagging, I just want to be sure I am getting it right. I am using 2 delay paedals and a pitchshifter pedal in the loop.

if ya learn what levels are where, you can apply it where ever it is needed, then you will know what and where. thats what it has to do with it..
as usual I answer before I know there is switching on the back of a splawn for -10 or +4, my apologies. I am working off the rest of the amp I have, and have had. bogner +4, and you had to make a cable to make it -10, and I am sure that threw ya..
if devices are usually ran in front of the amp, like a boss chorus ce-2 or sd-1 etc.. those are -10 devices,
if your running a Rocktron Xpression, Intellifex, TC electronics g-major, fireworx etc.. those would run at +4. ( even though some are switchable to -10 as well.) which is cool cause then you can mix it the floor pedals we all like.
sorry to confuse the issue

Right on, I think it makes sense to me now. I have never used rack gear and don't intend to so anything having to do with that I am sort blind to. Thanks man!
