Hi there guys. Some of you might have saw my screen name on other forums. I have owned a Pro Mod since October of last year...............acctually its a 1978 Marshall 2203 with a Pro Mod inserted in it. The only thing that original is the chasis and one of the transformers. Anyway, I think that its the best hard rock/ heavey metal amp that I have owned! 
I highly recommend one. I am thinking about getting one of those new amps that Scott is developing.............with EL34s. I want my next one to have more of the old school hard rock vibe. Less modern I guess. The Pro Mod covers new age rock/ metal perfectly!
I just wanted to let you guys know, if you want to hear a Pro Mod professionally recorded, check out the new Mickey Ratt album. The rhythm tracks along with some of the solo's are the Pro Mod. George Lynch is on there and so is Traci Guns. I am assuming that since they just played a few solos that they just used the Pro Mod that was available in the studio.
