Wow,those clips are excellent man. thanks for taking time to do them... The 34's seem a bit darker than the 77's, though the 77's have more low end. My 77 Nitro is supposed to ship tomorrow. I wish I had a way to make some clips for you guys. Hope that clean channel is as good as I think it will be. I had a Pro-Mod for 2 yrs. and it was brutal.. Only problem was the clean had too much spikey highs. I think the fact that the Nitro is voiced much darker will address the brittleness of the clean side. My bandmate has an 88 Nitro on order. I can't wait to hear how destructive that is!!! KT88's with the highs tamed a bit!!! hmmm..

thanks again guys for the comments.
i just spent some more time with the amp and am really really getting into it. i am finding with the resonance knob alone you can dial in a whole bunch of different types of tones. i also realize that with the fx loop engaged to do the volume pedal trick to get lower volumes, the overall sound is darkened and muffled a bit. the pre and power section need to be going to get a more open sound. i'm going to bring this up to scott to see if it can be addressed. the amp can cut but it takes some tweaking and understanding of the amp to get there. also, the amp seems to match up real well with my old splawn 412. it has more punch and tightness. but the new cab really suites the low end voicing of the nitro well. i am going to try to do some more recordings next weekend with the amp running open to show that it can cut and sound more natural not completely dark/muffled.
anyways i just wanted to post some updates as i've had more time to play the amp. i'm liking the amp a lot more now that i'm spending more time with it!

I haven’t posted a pic of my new quick rod that I got a couple of months ago. It is almost the same as your Nitro. I can't figure out how to post a pic on here from a file saved on the puter. Any help?

Woo hoo!!!!! Now I'm cookin!!! Finally got the hang of this.
I got it in the most black stuff that was available. If I would have known a black control panel was available I would have got it black too. Oh well it still looks mean.
