if I'm not mistaken that superstock's matching cab had heritage greenbacks in there...if I'm NOT mistaken...and that's what it was hooked up to when scott was playing it..

I really liked that cab the best, man..which makes sense, considering I have greenie reissues in my 4x12 =D but I think the angled one woulda cut better in a band situation...the way it was dialed in anyway....
that being said, I'm going to use my 4x12 for my bedroom and the 2x12 for gigging..it sounds great and it's easier on traveling to gigs and on my back =D

Josh told me on the phone today that it was the Small Block 25 - 25watters. They sound pretty darn good to me.........of course that was on a video clip.

I have a feeling Scott is going to need to hire a few more people pretty soon. With all the interest the nitro has been gaining and the 12 week wait as it is. Yeah,I need to leave him my application ;D ;D ;D

Did anybody play anything other than the Superstock through that one cab though? Otherwise, there's no way to know if it was the cab or the amp (or the combination) that was actually sounding better than the rest, rather than just the cab itself.

One other question... While playing the Superstock in the video, Scott said "The clean channel is the same as the Quickrod, except it has a middle control. We had room after we took the mode switch off so we put the middle control back on the clean channel."
However, the Quickrod user's manual from the Splawn website has an illustration depicting a Mid control on the clean channel as well.
I'm confused...does the Quickrod have a Mid control on the clean channel or not?

Sonic that cab had many amps played through it...scott was constantly switching the cabs to what cab you wanted to try...i ran the nitro through the black slant cab with small block 25s...

Okay, just talked with Josh and he clarified the mid control was removed from the Quickrod in lieu of a gain control for the clean channel. Also, he clarified that on the video of Scott demoing the amps the Quickrod was being played though four SB 25's while the Superstock was actually being played through Celestion G12M 20 watters.
*** CORECTION *** It seems during the video of Scott demoing the amps, the Quickrod was played through the BB/SB65 cab, NOT through the SB25 cab. The Quickrod was played through the SB25 cab by other people in videos following Scott's initial demo.
