Hey guys I just picked up a used Splawn 2x12 mono cab with both a locking input and a normal input. My question is can this be used as a parallel out to another cabinet? I didn't want to destroy anything...

Yes, I believe that is the intent.
I’m not sure if you also need to half your ohms setting on your amp as well. I believe you do.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in.
I usually just run out to one cab…
