Effects loop issue

Hey all, my effects loop is starting to cut out. The volume fades and the sound gets fizzy. It has been happening for a couple of years now, and I usually just have to spray contact cleaner on the loop button and push it a few times and it clears up. Unfortunately it is starting to happen multiple times each time a play, making it unusable now. I thought there was a thread on this happening before, but I cant seem to find it. Anyone have a similar issue and find a solution? Thx, Edward.

I would open it up and tighten the jack contacts and spray it real good with (electronics) contact cleaner.
