At band last night I wanted a little more edge with my SR, Treble control was in a good spot but Presence was at about 10:00. I hadn't messed with the Presence in a while so following the Splawn conventional wisdom that Presence is actually a more effective treble control than the Treble control I cranked it up to about 3:00.
Sweet! Nice and edgy, maybe a bit too much, on it's own it was pretty strong but in the band mix it was really good.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, there are SOOO many tones in these amps.

I’m definitely guilty of getting my amp set and not touching it for months. Most adjustments I want to make in tone I can usually get from adjusting my guitar volume & tone. But now i want to go home and play with presence! Haha

The presence control is probably the first one I reach for. It easily takes the amp from dark to bright. Funny enough my b/m/t controls are pretty much all hovering around noon-ish.
