I got the Fishman Modern pups installed on my Epi Les Paul plus I got a setup with heavier strings and set to D standard. Now the guitar is exactly the way I want it. A couple take aways from the install-- the voicing change push pull do not seem to do anything very noticeable I thought maybe my tech screwed up but after talking to a few people they all had similar experiences. The battery pack/control cavity cover doesnt fit. The bottom of it kinda hangs out. Not really a big deal but still kinda sucks but just shows that nothing is one size fits all.

Sucks that it’s not a versatile as hoped and the fit issue too.
Are you happy with the tone otherwise?
