Replacing faceplate on Quick Rod

I like that look too - better than I expected.

Cool that you posted those pics Brian. The white faceplate almost makes the script Splawn pop more

I 'believe' those faceplates are glued on. I doubt they would come off very easily but what do I know. I'm sure Scott or maybe an amp builder on rig-talk, for example, could tell you more. I think it would be more trouble than it is worth. I also believe those face plates are made of plexiglass. I 'think' that was Jim Marshall's idea to reduce the chance of someone accidentally shocking themselves if the chassis all of the sudden became 'hot' by accident. Hence the amp name 'Plexi'.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I will say the OCD in me would not agree with miss-match piping on the head and cab but that is my superfluous mind.

Photofooket is not working for me well but here is this. I have a the flame plate too but I prefer the mesh. Never was a fan of the 'V' Supersport look.

This is perfect! Exactly what mine would look like. Thanks! This is definitely the route I'm going to go with my QR. After I switch this out next will be the Nitro(same layout but black faceplate and red flames.)
