I finally got the funds together and purchased the matching cab for my Quickrod. SPLAWN 2X12 with Celestion G12M-65 Creambacks. He still had the same roll of Purple tolex so it matches perfectly. I couldn't be happier. Sounds amazing too. Scott sure builds a quality cab and is a great guy to deal with.

That’s damn purdy!! What’s the weight like? Would you say it’s similar to a Marshall 1936?

That’s damn purdy!! What’s the weight like? Would you say it’s similar to a Marshall 1936? The freight weight was 85 pounds. So minus the box and packing materials its still pretty heavy. Quality build for sure.

I just switched from an Orange V30 to a Splawn 2x12 with Creambacks. Those with my Nitro or QR are a match made in heaven.
