I grabbed creambacks. It was basically either them or small blocks. This was in stock and had the look I wanted so I pulled the trigger. Will be here Saturday.

My cab will be here Monday. I ordered it from Matt's Music. I didnt want to wait 2-3 weeks and Matt's had the design/speakers that I wanted. Wait...are you a New Englander too? Matt’s is in Mass. |

Nah I just ordered from them since they are a dealer. I'm actually in NC. Oddly enough I'm from Dallas, NC

So basically what you are saying is that even if you lived in Scott's hometown, which you do, and you could order a custom cabinet - Matt's pretty much had what you would have ordered anyway and you didn't have to wait as long? Got it  |

If i lived in Scott's area......i would own probably 4 amps lol and pop into the shop with a case of beer just to hang out in amp heaven.

Got it Exactly. I called all the authorized dealers and asked around Matt's had exactly what I was wanting. I lucked out. I'm about 20 minutes away from their shop now but I used to live like 3-4 miles away. After posting a pic of my rig one of my friends sent me a message and told me his older brother works there and plays drums for Scott's band. It's a small world. Besides being great amps it is nice it being a local company in case I ever need a repair I can just drop it off. |

A while back, just for the hell of it, I looked it in on google earth....
I can absolutely see why people might pass by and not have a clue what he does there. It’s a small, unassuming building in what looks like Anywhere, USA.

Well I got my new cab yesterday. I'm really happy with it so far. I also added a MXR 10 Band EQ in the loop which has been fantastic. I think I will be able to let my Nitro go since with the EQ I can get them pretty close to each other. I say this but I really doubt I can part with it. Attachments:
