This is an FYI for anyone wanting to use an 18 volt pedal such as an EVH Flanger but don't have a 18 volt adapter.
I am using voodoo lab pedal power plus on both my boards but one of them didn't have the doubler cable so I made my own. All I did was take 3 cables and splice them so that all together they are 15 inches approx. Then take two of them and solder the positive wire from one to the ground on the other. Tape them up. Then solder the remaining positive wire from those to the third cable's positive. Then solder the negative from the two cables to the third cable. Now you plug the two barrels into two outputs on voodoo lab and the single one into 18v pedal.
This basically takes two 9v outputs and connects them in series. Not parallel.
You can do the same thing with two 9 volt wall warts.
