A little forum jam over at the other place gave me a good opportunity to record my Burstbucker. Sounds authentic to me! home.comcast.net/~harmonic.minor/HCEG_blooz.mp3(Mac people will have to drag the play slider to the end, as Safari gets confused by vbr mp3s.) All 2nd Gear, gain at 11 a.m. on the Competition, triode mode, just riding the guitar's vol for soft or full-on toanz. It's only a forum jam, remember, so not especially polished!

Good job, not sure I am familiar with Scottish blooz. Not crazy abooot the Burst buckah, but the amp sounds mighty fine!

To be fair, it may be the first known recording of the Scottish blooz. But my people have endured generations of fatty foods and football losses, so you can hear the pain of our history in the notes.

If you've got a Mac (like me) the playback of vbr mp3s is broken in the current version of Safari! (Thanks Apple.) The fix is to grab the play bar slider thing and drag it to the end, then hit play. I have a lower quality version on SoundClick that'll work for anyone, but the tone's not nearly as lively because they re-encode all yo shiz to 128kbps.
