You'd have to be to go with the silver and black the way things have been for the last 6-7 years. Buy hey... it's a new season and we got over on K.C. yesterday. Should've won that Monday nighter against S.D. last week too. I know... coulda, shoulda woulda. But like I said, it's been a rough stretch. Just win baby!!! Who knew...

Growing up in Stockton, CA you were either a Raider fan or a 49'er fan and I've always been a Raider fan. I go back to the days of Daryl LaMonica, Fred Belitnikoff, Jim Otto, etc. Geeez... I'm freakin' old!!! HELL YA!!!! Stabler was my fav. Your not a "real QB" unless you call your own plays in the huddle while puking your guts out from a hangover to win the Super Bowl ......Oh boy... sticks & stones are going to fly....... I have a few friends in "stinktown"...

Yeah... I gotta go with Stabler as my all-time favorite Raider QB as well. Dude still parties large!!! I got one or two friends still living there (or nearby) and family members too. My mom still lives there and once in a while gets Raider tix from her boss. Got to go to the Patriot game last year and sit in the "Raider Club" section. Great seats! Of course, the silver and black got their butts handed to them by the Pats. I coach high school football here in So Cal and if I could just have a few kids each year with the toughness and heart of some of those old Raiders (and a few players from some other teams of that era), I'd have a high school dynasty for sure!!!
