volume question

i got the chance to REALLY open up my pro mod a few days ago and i have a question. there seemed to be no volume increase from about 10:00 to 3:00,once i got to 3:00 there was another increase is this normal??that seems like a lot of knob rotation with no volume increase.granted it was FRIGGIN LOUD at 10:00 and if you have to go louder than that it'll be mic'd anyway but it just seemed weird.

YEAUP! Same on my quickrod. its circuit design. Kind of cool, you need loud, just twist it. haha.. dont matter where you end up.. its LOUD!
