Pro Mod question - retubing

Hi all,

My Pro Mod needs a retube and I was wondering:

Do I need to take it to an amp tech and get them to adjust the bias if I swap in some Winged C's to replace the JJ's that came with it? Is it possible for me to just buy the Winged C's (Svetlana) and plug them in? Even if I buy some more JJ's that are the same, do I still need to get the bias adjusted by an amp tech? Is the amp fixed or adjustable bias (the manual doesn't say and I'm not the best with this sort of stuff).

+1 Always recheck bias even with tubes of the same value IMO.
