Got another ??. Would having an OD box have the same effect as the "gear box" on the newer Splawns? The reason for my ??, is I'm waiting for Scott to send me my foot switch. My amp didn't come with one, so I stuck my OD in front. What I don't like is having to throw anything in front of the amp. I think it's a SIN!!! But, that's the only way I can get the tones similar to the new jobs. What's the differance between OD1 and OD2?

Well, my foot switch came last Thursday. Scott had to make me one cause he said he doesn't have any just laying around. The cool thing is, is that it's color matched to the head. the funny thing is, it has 1st and 2nd gear sticker where it should say clean. My band members are still trying to figure out what it means! They think it's some special boost. Anyway, NOW I KNOW the difference between OD1 and OD2. At practice, I brought my ole school PM and my 5150II to practice, never did get to A/B them. The PM sounded to good! And to think I was going to sell it to get a newer one! This just makes me want to get another one!!!

I wonder if there is much of a difference between the new and old PM's? I have the new one but I have seen the older ones for cheap. I also would like to know how different the 50 watt Competition sounds from the PM. BTW, I love my PM!

Hey Donald, I guess this means you don't miss your Rivera. I finially sold my Rivera and bought a Quickrod a couple of weeks ago.
